Design4D's Shell House scheme has been shortlisted for this years British Homes Awards.

The competition was judged by a number of leading industry figureheads including Sunand Prasad, president of the Royal Institute of British Architects and Richard Hattan of Urban Splash developers. The shortlisted schemes have been published in the national press and it is now up to the public to vote for the winning scheme which will then be built in the UK.
