Tuesday night of performace in Deptford

From 8 o clock in the evening at The Birds Nest on Deptford church street, there will be an evening of Theater from The lab theater company and music and film from The Blue Light Distrct. An interesting night of installation and sideways entertainment in an unsuspecting location. Worth a wander through, me thinks.
The Lift at the Shoreditch Festival

London's daffodils look likely to be victims of climate chaos this sping, cut down by frost as soon as they've sprouted. There's a more promising forecast online, though, as NODE.London gears up for its mini-Season of spring events, with the website's interactive map showing a well-seeded spread of media arts action across town.

If NODE.London is new to you, it's a self-organising community of artists, curators, producers and venues working collectively - and in the case of this spring, entirely voluntarily - to develop the infrastructure for, and raise the visibility of, arts and new technology scene in the UK's capital. This spring season follows on from the first, and vast, Season of Media Arts in March 2006, when 150 artistic projects took place in 40 locations across London within a month.
