London based HD-Productions launches training and seminar programme in HD production and tapeless workflow, for the freelance, independent production and broadcast sector. Now with the recently released Xdcam EX by Sony making it currently the only camera manufacturer to provide, portable hard drive, flash card based SXS sytem and XDcam Blu-ray non tape based recording formats suitable for broadcast and independent production sector. The other manufacturers such as JVC, Panasonic, RED, Thomson Grass Valley and Canon also support tapeless recording options and can be intergrated with an edit workflow either Final Cut Pro or Avid based.
