"FREE BELLY FIT DANCE Workshop at LA Fitness. Learn some of the basic moves of Middle Eastern Dance from The Cobra to basic Veil Workouts, please bring a veil 108" long by 36" wide ( rectangular ) You can get the material at Hobbycraft. Cheapest material costs around £5.00 or bring in your swim bikini wrap! Dress comfy. There’s no pressure whatsover in these classes, it’s about having fun and learn as you dance away. Classes will start 1st April. Please leave a message if you are interested. Studio takes up to 25 individuals.
